If an order is cancelled after production has begun, you will NOT be refunded.

The cancellation window for a custom is typically 48 hours after the order has been placed. 

After 48 hours, no refund can be given.

All Up$ycled Orders will be shipped out within 2-5 business days UNLESS it is a custom order.

Custom orders can take up to two weeks (2) to ship, depending on the order details & demand.
