After completing the custom or school form(s), you MUST:

1.  Visit the "Tote Series" page.

2.  Pick the corresponding item you selected on the form above.

• either "1 of 1" Custom Tote or "1 of 1" School Tote

 3. Add the item to your bag/cart.

 4. Go to Checkout & purchase the item, using the SAME name & contact information you provided on the form above.
